Hello, I'm Suzuki, a developer.
As I traveled the world, I wanted to consolidate "where I went and what I did" in one place. This desire led to the development of mapgrass.
I believe that the trajectory of a journey is not just a record, but a person's way of life and identity itself.
However, travel memories tend to be fragmented across photos and social media. With mapgrass, by simply sharing a URL, you can convey your travel style and experiences at a glance.
Behind this idea is GitHub for engineers.
Just as a single GitHub link can reveal a developer's journey, I envisioned visualizing travel trajectories by growing "grass" (contributions) on a world map.
I believe that in today's world, where efficiency and rationality are highly valued, the worth of travel as an "irrational yet enriching experience" is increasing.
It would be a great pleasure if mapgrass could become a platform for expressing your journey through life.
